I enjoyed the spacious suite with a lovely terrace that offered a pool view. It was nice to start the day with a buffet breakfast, sufficient for my needs. I appreciated the easy access to local shops and activities. We had a very good experience with the staff, who were helpful.
I experienced a bad smell coming from the bathroom at times, likely due to the number of showers taken in the evening.

One simple answer, yes or no?
A fabulous stay highlighted by fine room views and great service, made our memories lovely. Special surprises, like an anniversary cake, showcased their thoughtful attention to detail.
Despite the excellent service, noise from nearby bars disrupted our comfort, making it challenging to fully relax during evenings.

I recently spent a week at Katerina Palace and had a mostly pleasant time. The newly refurbished rooms felt modern and clean, especially the lovely bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. My room, located on the ground floor, had a lovely view of the pool area, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the heat. Sunbeds around the large pool were easily available, even during peak season. I particularly liked the pool bar with tasty snacks at fair prices. Breakfast options were decent with fresh fruit and a hot selection that included eggs and beans. The staff were generally cute. Some aspects definitely need attention. The breakfast quality could improve. I encountered cold boiled eggs and rubbery pancakes on several occasions. Noise from nearby bars was also disruptive, denying me proper relaxation at night. Finally, the pool wasn't cleaned daily, leaving me concerned about its hygiene. There were enjoyment and challenges , but the positives made it nice.

private plunge pools, newly refurbished rooms, ample parking facilities
Check-in process lacked efficiency!!! Noise from the nearby bars disrupted sleep!!! Housekeeping was unreliable with towel replenishment!!! I encountered awkward room allocations that didn't match the hotel's online portrayal!!!
